I contacted the Eshelman Legal Group from their ad in the Yellow Pages. I did not know anything about them. I was in dire straights with time running out on my personal injury claim. I had a lawyer agree to take my case, ten months later who sends me a letter stating he will no longer take my case, we had a signed contract. I asked him what his problem was, he stated, "you cannot win this case". I replied, I cannot lose it, this man almost caused me to lose my life ! The Eshelman Team has, in four weeks, got the Homeowners Insurance to accept responsibility for my injuries. They have taken a tremendous load off my back!

I almost lost my precious daughter on 7/22/12 and my nerves have been extremely bad since that date. I worry more now, and Jason was absolutely wonderful and patient. He was our angel throughout this experience. He was beyond awesome and I thank God he was our attorney.

Please try to understand what I'm trying to put on paper. I'm very poor at this kind of stuff. I'm 78, never in my life have I done anything like this, but with all my heart, I believe I'm doing the right thing. We had a young lady go thru a light, hit us and push us into another car. Her insurance told me she didn't do this and it was my fault. Sir, I am an honest person. I would never not tell the truth about something like this. Thank God we, my twin sister in the front seat with me, didn't get killed. my leg will never be the same, nor my sister and my sense of peace will never be. We are so frightened and nervous when we get in our car. We work at a restaurant and go in at 1:30 in the morning and get off around 9:30-10:00am. We go back and forth and there's very little traffic, thank heaven. Believe this or not, we went back to work the day of the accident as bad as we were hurting, reason; we couldn't afford not to and we knew we had to for we probably never be able to get in a car again. We are a mess and I'm so upset that this had to happen at our ages, it's a darn shame.

Now, for the number one reason for this letter. I was so afraid to call you folks but I want to tell you what a wonderful staff you have. The lady was great who answered the phone and Lynette was so wonderful. I had just gotten off work; such a mess, and she treated me with such kindness, respect, caring and took so much time to explain things; what a gem she is. How lucky to have such great employees. I'm sending a little verse to give to her, it's so perfect for her. Thank you again for your time."

I never really had to call (the firm), because my attorney made sure I was informed on what was going on. (Hopefully this never happens to me again, but if it does, I would really come back to this law firm. I was very pleased with your service.

The Insurance Company initially threw out a very low amount, and Jason worked very hard to get what he felt was acceptable. I was always kept informed of progress and whenever I called, everyone was always very friendly.

Whenever they heard information, I was notified immediately. This law firm was completely amazing. I didn’t expect to receive as much as I did back from the settlement. This case was closed very quickly, and I was shocked but pleased at the same time.
